History

Since the year 2000 Emotion is working hard to become a renown headset brand. After introducing the brand in 2002, the demand within the Dutch
business environment for affordable and high-quality headsets grew. The first Emotion products were tailor-made for only a few buyers. But many other buyers with specific demands followed.

The first two Emotion headsets introduced were the Emotion H2000, a simple corded mono headset for limited traffic, and the Emotion H2050 duo. Following the H4300, a mono headsets ideal for intensive use.
In 2007 Emotion introduced the so-called 3000-series, a range especially developed for small call-centres.
After eight years, in 2008, Emotion entered a new era. The brand’s strategy, design and functionalities were drastically changed.
Producing modern-looking headsets with more functionalities, but with the same reliability and affordability of the older Emotion models, is the new motto. All latest technologies were implemented to meet the customers’ demands.

Emotion headsets are positioned worldwide and are available from our value added resellers from June 2010.
